Overview

ClientPay QR codes enable contactless, mobile-optimized payments. When a client scans your unique code, they are redirected to a secure payment page to enter their card or bank information—no physical contact required.

🔍 How to Locate Your QR Code

You can find your unique code directly within the ClientPay dashboard:

  1. Go to Charge: In the left-hand navigation menu, click Charge.

  2. Select Account: Locate the specific deposit account you want to use.

  3. Open Code: Click the QR Code icon located next to that account name.

🛠️ Sharing and Printing Options

Once the QR code is visible on your screen, you have two primary ways to utilize it:

📄 For Physical Display (Printing)

  • Click the Print button within the QR code modal.

  • This generates a clean, professional sheet that you can place at your reception desk or check-out counter.

💻 For Digital Documents (Copy/Paste)

  • Right-click the QR code image.

  • Select Copy Image.

  • Paste it directly into your digital invoices, email footers, or firm letterhead.

💡 Best Practices for Use

  • On Invoices: Include the QR code on printed invoices so clients can pay immediately upon receipt using their smartphones.

  • At Reception: Display a framed copy of your QR code at your desk for a seamless, "scan-and-go" payment experience.

  • Email Signatures: Add the code to your billing department's email signatures for easy access.

PRO TIP

Because the QR code is tied to a specific deposit account, ensure you generate the correct code if your firm utilizes separate Trust and Operating accounts.
