How to Resend or Reprint a Receipt

Learn how to locate past transactions to digitally resend email receipts or generate printable copies for your clients.

Overview

Whether a client missed their initial confirmation email or needs a physical copy for their records, you can quickly resend or reprint a receipt from your ClientPay dashboard.


Step 1: Navigate to the Transaction

  1. Select Transactions from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Search for the specific transaction using the client name, dollar amount, or date.

  3. Once located, click on the transaction to open the details view.


Step 2: Choose Your Action

To Resend a Receipt via Email:

  1. Click Resend Receipt from the menu on the right side of the screen.

  2. Enter the cardholder's email address.

  3. Click Resend Receipt to confirm.

To Reprint a Receipt:

  1. Click View/Print Receipt.

  2. The receipt will open in a new browser window.

  3. Use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to print the document.
