Coyote Analytics Integration Instructions

The API requires a ClientPay Key and Pin that must be added it to your Coyote Analytics settings for each merchant account so the two systems can communicate effectively. This information can be found in your ClientPay portal. You must have admin privileges to access Settings.

First, log into ClientPay.

  1. Go to Settings > General.

  2. Scroll down to the API Integration Information section of the page.

  3. Click Show.

  4. Locate the Key and Pin for each of your accounts.

Next, log into Coyote Analytics.

  1. Go to Administration -> Administration Settings -> Modules tab.

  2. Locate the ClientPay row.

  3. Click Yes in the Enabled column.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Go to the new tab for ClientPay in Administration Settings.

  6. Enter the Account Names as you would like them to appear.

  7. Select the proper bank accounts.

  8. Enter the Keys and Pins from ClientPay.

  9. Click Save.

Once you have completed all of these steps, you are ready to begin accepting payments through ClientPay.
