Quick Bill is a fast and efficient way to email an invoice to a client for a specific dollar amount without creating a full billing entry.
Sending a Quick Bill
Click the blue Send Quick Bill button located in the top right of your dashboard.
On the setup screen, fill in the following required fields:
Client Email
Payment Amount
Deposit Account
Note: Additional fields are optional and can be left blank if desired.
Select the Payment Options you want to offer for that specific request.
To remove a payment option, simply uncheck the box next to the option you do not want to offer.
Attach Documents (Optional)
Click the Choose File button to select a document from your computer.
Once attached, the filename will appear below the button with an option to remove it.
Limit: You can add multiple attachments up to a total of 10 MB.
Once all information is entered and files are attached, click Send.
Viewing and Editing Quick Bills
You can manage your existing bills directly from the dashboard.
To Edit or Resend: Click the Quick Bills tab on the left side of the Dashboard and select the specific bill you wish to manage.
Available Actions: * Resend the Quick Bill.
Update the bill information.
Mark the bill as Paid.
Delete: (Available for Owners and Admins only).
