Use this method to place a clickable "Pay Now" link anywhere within your form's layout.

  1. Add Text Element: Drag and drop a Text form element from the left-hand menu into your workspace.

  2. Insert Hyperlink: Click to edit the text, then select the Hyperlink icon (πŸ”—) from the toolbar.

  3. Configure Link:

    • Paste your ClientPay link into the URL field.

    • Enter the text you want to display (e.g., "Click here to pay online").

    • Click OK.

  4. Result: Your form will now display a professional link for your clients to use while filling out the form.


πŸš€ Method 2: Redirecting After Submission

Use this method to automatically send clients to your payment page the moment they click "Submit."

  1. Open Settings: In the Jotform builder, click Settings in the top navigation menu.

  2. Configure Thank You Page: Select Thank You Page from the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Set Redirect: Select the option "Redirect to an external link after submission."

  4. Paste Link: Enter your ClientPay URL into the field provided.

  5. Result: Once a client completes the form, they will be instantly sent to your secure payment portal.
