ClientPay lets you customize who receives both successful and failed transactions notifications.
Navigating to the Payment Settings
- Click your name in the top right of the screen
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Click the Payment Settings tab
You can select to delete an existing email address by clicking on the x in the email field. To add a new email address, type the email address into the field and press return. The email will display below the field once added successfully.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page for the settings to take effect.
