Retrieve your monthly statements directly through the ClientPay dashboard to track fees and transaction volume.

πŸ“… Availability & Access

  • Timeline: Monthly statement summary reports are generally available by the 5th of every month for the previous month's activity.

  • Permissions: These statements are accessible only by users with Owner or Admin permissions.


πŸ“‚ How to Access Your Statements

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the ClientPay dashboard.

  2. Select Statements from the dropdown menu.

  3. Locate the desired month and click Billing Statement to download a copy of the PDF.


πŸ“ What's Included in Your Statement?

Your billing statement provides a comprehensive breakdown of your processing activity, including:

  • Fees associated with eCheck or Card transactions.

  • Pay Later (ClientCredit) transactions.

  • Any applicable chargebacks or eCheck failures.

  • Standard monthly program fees.

  • Legacy Systems: If you need statements from our legacy billing system, navigate to Reports > Monthly Summary.

Note: Monthly summary reports are currently only available to ClientPay customers based in the United States.
