How to Update Your Bank Account

To maintain the security of your funds and ensure PCI compliance, bank account updates must be handled through a verified authentication process with our support team.

👤 Who can authorize this change?

For security purposes, only the Account Owner or an authorized Administrative contact can initiate a change to the deposit or withdrawal bank accounts associated with your ClientPay profile.

If you need to change where your deposits are sent, please contact our Support Department directly:

  • Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT


📋 What to Have Ready

To expedite your request, please have the following information available when you call:

  1. Your ClientPay Merchant ID or firm name.

  2. The last 4 digits of your current bank account.

  3. The Routing and Account numbers for your new bank account.

  4. A voided check or a bank verification letter (you will be provided a secure link to upload these documents during your call).
