For security purposes, only the Account Owner or an authorized Administrative contact can initiate a change to the deposit or withdrawal bank accounts associated with your ClientPay profile.

📋 What to Have Ready
To expedite your request, please have the following information available when you call:
Your ClientPay Merchant ID or firm name.
The last 4 digits of your current bank account.
The Routing and Account numbers for your new bank account.
A voided check or a bank verification letter (you will be provided a secure link to upload these documents during your call).
