🌏 Using ClientPay While Traveling

Important information on accessing your account from outside the United States, Canada, or Australia.

🔒 Geographic Restrictions

To protect your account and sensitive financial data, access to the ClientPay portal is restricted by default.

  • 🇨🇦 Canada

  • 🇦🇺 Australia

‼️ Login Error: If you attempt to log in from outside these countries without a VPN, the page will display a 404 error message.


🛠️ Using a VPN for Access

If you are traveling outside the supported regions, you must use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access your account. While ClientPay does not recommend a specific provider, we suggest evaluating services based on the following criteria:

  • No-Logs Policy: Does the provider keep records of your traffic?

  • Jurisdiction: Where is the provider based, and what legal obligations do they have?

  • Protocols: Ensure the provider supports high-security protocols like OpenVPN or L2TP/IPsec.
